I recently created a plugin for Unreal Engine called Thumbnail Gallery Maker (Catchy I know!)
The premise of the plugin is to generate thumbnail galleries of all assets in an Unreal Engine project which can be viewed outside of the Unreal Editor in any browser
The main aims of this is to help with both navigation of items in a project and to assist with sharing data about content with external partners or customers.
The plugin is currently on sale via the Fab marketplace where you can find more information and links.
